What I do

I develop websites and web apps – from a simple online presence to maintainable sites with a custom content management system, all the way to bespoke applications that run directly in the browser. Which form makes sense depends on what you want to achieve, not on a pre-built template kit.

A site must work first: load fast, display cleanly on every device, and stay technically tidy under the hood. I focus on clear structure, clean source code, and short load times, because that is the foundation for everything that follows – readability for people and machines alike.

Discoverability is a craft, not a promise. To me, search engine optimisation means a well-thought-out page structure, precise titles and meta tags, structured data following Schema.org, and honest, well-organised writing. There are no guarantees for a specific Google ranking, but there is a solid technical and content foundation on which good rankings can actually be built.

The same care applies to language models such as ChatGPT or Perplexity. Content that is clearly written, unambiguously named, and consistently interlinked can be grasped and contextualised by these systems more effectively. This GEO-oriented optimisation is not an add-on – it is part of the same careful work on structure and language.

Data stays in Germany. The sites run GDPR-compliant on servers in Germany; I integrate external services only where truly necessary. You receive a clear briefing and documentation so you can manage content yourself and keep your site on track in the long run.
