For many organisations, a web app is the natural step beyond the website: it does not just show, it works. Appointments are booked online instead of over the phone, members and clients are managed in one system instead of scattered lists, and documents reach their recipients through a protected area instead of email attachments. Website and tool come from a single mould – one login, one place for all content.

My model deliberately differs from the usual software subscription: you buy the web app once, and it belongs to your organisation. It is installed on an ordinary German web hosting package of your choice – your data stays with you, not with me, and can be exported in full at any time. Running costs arise only if you want the optional maintenance; it is cancellable yearly, and the web app keeps running unchanged without it. Payment is due only at handover, after successful installation.

Data protection is not an add-on but a construction principle: the web app loads nothing from third-party servers – no US cloud, no CDNs, no trackers. Users can export their own data and delete their account themselves. Especially for organisations handling specially protected data, this keeps the legal assessment pleasantly simple.

Every field works differently – so the web app is tailored to your organisation's workflows: a psychotherapy practice needs appointment booking and a protected patient area, a cultural centre needs member and course management, a law firm needs a confidential channel for client documents. For psychotherapy practices the web app is available today; editions for cultural centres and associations as well as for law firms are in preparation.
