What I do

AI agents come into play where fixed rules fall short – for example, when reading and classifying texts, answering recurring questions, or preparing decisions. They take on clearly defined tasks within a workflow and support existing processes rather than replacing them.

I work in stages. It starts with a single, well-defined process that runs reliably and proves itself in daily use. Only then do further steps follow. This keeps every change manageable, transparent, and adjustable at any time.

Data stays in Germany throughout: the solutions run GDPR-compliant on servers in Germany, and on your own infrastructure if you prefer. You receive clear documentation so your team can keep track of the processes themselves.
